Pulse Bar Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms of Use

We are Pulse Bar ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), and these Terms and Conditions of Use (the ‘Terms of Use’, or ’Legal Terms’) apply to the Pulse Bar website located at www.pulsebarlondon.com and all associated sites linked to www.pulsebarlondon.com by Pulse Bar, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the ‘Site’, or ‘Services’). The Site is the property of Pulse Bar and its licensors.

Pulse Bar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Pulse Bar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

 

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to using the Services.

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, audio, video, artwork and computer code (collectively, ‘Content’), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Pulse Bar. As well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks').

 

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various/other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United Kingdom and around the world.

 

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services ‘as is’ for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

 

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including ‘mirroring’) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Pulse Bar’ express prior written consent. Pulse Bar reserves the right to bar any such activity.

 

If you wish to make any use of the Services, Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: info@pulsebar.co.uk. If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Content.

 

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.

 

Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.


1. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only once the deposit (if applicable) has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Pulse Bar. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Minimum Spend Agreement

Both parties agree to a minimum spend of £ for the event. Should the total expenditure during the event fall short of this amount, the client agrees to pay the difference between the actual spend and the agreed minimum spend.

3. Equipment Damage Policy

At Pulse Bar, we aim to provide a fun and safe environment for all guests. To maintain the quality and safety of our equipment—including but not limited to beer pong tables, darts, and other games and activities—the following applies:

• Guests are responsible for the careful use of all equipment during their booking.
• In the event of damage caused by negligence or misuse, the individual or group who

made the booking will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
• This cost may include materials, labour, and any associated fees required to restore or

replace the damaged equipment.
• Payment for equipment damage will be invoiced within 7 days following the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change and offer the following cancellation terms, depending on the nature of the booking:

a. Reservations for Up to 8 Guests

  • Can be cancelled at no charge with a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

b. Group Bookings of More than 8 Guests
  • These bookings are non-refundable.

  • A one-time reschedule is permitted to an alternative date within the same calendar month, subject to venue availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the original booking date.

c. Semi-Private and Private Hire Bookings

  • Require a minimum of 30 days' written notice for cancellation.

  • If cancelled more than 30 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit will be retained by Pulse Bar.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days before the event date, the full deposit will be retained.

  • Cancellations without sufficient notice may also be subject to additional cancellation charges as detailed in your booking agreement.

d. General

  • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to events@pulsebar.co.uk. Failure to provide written notice, such as cancelling without sending an email, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  • Pulse Bar reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests if suitable alternative dates are not available.

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposits (if required) must be paid within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation email to secure the reservation.

  • Final payment, including any applicable minimum spend balance or damage charges, will be due by the end of the event or as invoiced.

6. Responsabilities and Conduct
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to other guests or staff may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

7. Liability

Pulse Bar will not be held responsible for personal injury or loss of property sustained by guests during private events, except where resulting from the negligence of the venue.

 
2. CUSTOMER DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all regular customer discount offers provided by Pulse Bar.
 

1. Eligibility

  • Discounts are available to eligible individual customers only.

  • Discounts must be requested and applied at the time of purchase.

2. Individual Use Only

  • All discounts are strictly for individual use.

  • Discounts are not valid for groups, parties, or large bookings/events under any circumstances.

3. Exclusions

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or deals currently available at Pulse Bar.

  • Discounts do not apply to any games or gaming-related activities within the venue.

4. Proof of Eligibility

  • Customers must provide valid identification or proof of employment (where applicable) to qualify for a discount.

  • Acceptable proof must be presented before or at the time of ordering/payment.

5. Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inform staff of their eligibility for a discount, and

  • Provide the required proof at the time of purchase.

Pulse Bar will not be held responsible for discounts not applied where:

  • The customer did not request the discount, or

  • Valid proof of eligibility was not provided at the appropriate time.

6. Right to Refuse
  • Pulse Bar reserves the right to refuse or withdraw discounts at its discretion if the terms are not met.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Pulse Bar reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
     


3. PULSE MONDAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. General

  • The “Pulse Mondays” promotion is valid on Mondays only.

  • Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service.

2. £5 Selected Drinks

  • Applies only to selected drinks as determined by the venue.

  • Offer excludes premium spirits, cocktails, and bottled items unless stated otherwise.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

3. Free Pool Table

  • Free use of the pool table is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Fair usage policy applies; staff may limit play time during busy periods.

  • Equipment must be used responsibly; any damage may be charged.

4. Free Shuffleboard

  • Subject to availability and operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Fair usage limits may apply during peak times.

  • Players are responsible for any damage caused to equipment.

5. Augmented Darts – £20 per Hour (per lane)

  • Maximum of 6 players per lane.

  • Sessions must be booked in advance or are subject to availability on arrival.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time without refund.

6. Beer Pong – £26 Package
  • Includes 2 litres of house beer only.

  • Maximum of 6 players per table.

  • Players must be of legal drinking age (18+).

  • Drink responsibly; management reserves the right to stop service if necessary.

7. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings are recommended for darts and beer pong.

  • Cancellation policies may apply depending on booking method.

  • No-shows may result in forfeited booking slots.

8. Age Restrictions

  • All guests participating in alcohol-related activities must be 18 or over.

  • Valid ID may be required.

9. Responsible Drinking

  • The venue promotes responsible alcohol consumption.

  • Service may be refused to intoxicated individuals.

10. Liability
  • The venue accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

11. Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons.

  • Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises.


4. WORLD CUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all regular customer discount offers provided by Pulse Bar.
 

1. Booking confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment or deposit (if applicable) has been received and confirmation has been issued by Pulse Bar.

2. Arrival Time

  • Guests are expected to arrive on time for their booking. We will hold reserved tables or spaces for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled kick-off time. If guests arrive significantly late without prior notice, the reservation may be released, and the deposit will be retained.

3. Minimum Spend / Pre-Orders

  • Pulse Bar may request pre-orders, or a minimum spend for larger group bookings. Completed pre-order forms must be returned by the stated deadline to guarantee food availability.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inform staff of their eligibility for a discount, and

  • Provide the required proof at the time of purchase.


Pulse Bar will not be responsible for discounts not applied where:

  • The customer did not request the discount, or

  • Valid proof of eligibility was not provided at the appropriate time.

5. Responsible Drinking

Pulse Bar promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in accordance with licensing laws.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

​We ask all guests to respect fellow customers and staff. Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

7. Match Screenings

While every effort will be made to show advertised matches, Pulse Bar cannot be held responsible for schedule changes, broadcast interruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

8. Management Rights

​Pulse Bar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
