Pulse Bar Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms of Use

We are Pulse Bar ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), and these Terms and Conditions of Use (the ‘Terms of Use’, or ’Legal Terms’) apply to the Pulse Bar website located at www.pulsebarlondon.com and all associated sites linked to www.pulsebarlondon.com by Pulse Bar, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the ‘Site’, or ‘Services’). The Site is the property of Pulse Bar and its licensors.

Pulse Bar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Pulse Bar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

 

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to using the Services.

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, audio, video, artwork and computer code (collectively, ‘Content’), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Pulse Bar. As well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks').

 

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various/other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United Kingdom and around the world.

 

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services ‘as is’ for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

 

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including ‘mirroring’) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Pulse Bar’ express prior written consent. Pulse Bar reserves the right to bar any such activity.

 

If you wish to make any use of the Services, Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: info@pulsebar.co.uk. If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Content.

 

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.

 

Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

Booking Terms and Conditions
 

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only once the deposit (if applicable) has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Pulse Bar. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Minimum Spend Agreement

Both parties agree to a minimum spend of £ for the event. Should the total expenditure during the event fall short of this amount, the client agrees to pay the difference between the actual spend and the agreed minimum spend.

3. Equipment Damage Policy

At Pulse Bar, we aim to provide a fun and safe environment for all guests. To maintain the quality and safety of our equipment—including but not limited to beer pong tables, darts, and other games and activities—the following applies:

• Guests are responsible for the careful use of all equipment during their booking.
• In the event of damage caused by negligence or misuse, the individual or group who

made the booking will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
• This cost may include materials, labour, and any associated fees required to restore or

replace the damaged equipment.
• Payment for equipment damage will be invoiced within 7 days following the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change and offer the following cancellation terms, depending on the nature of the booking:
 

a. Reservations for Up to 8 Guests

  • Can be cancelled at no charge with a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
     

b. Group Bookings of More than 8 Guests
  • These bookings are non-refundable.

  • A one-time reschedule is permitted to an alternative date within the same calendar month, subject to venue availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the original booking date.
     

c. Semi-Private and Private Hire Bookings

  • Require a minimum of 30 days' written notice for cancellation.

  • If cancelled more than 30 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit will be retained by Pulse Bar.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days before the event date, the full deposit will be retained.

  • Cancellations without sufficient notice may also be subject to additional cancellation charges as detailed in your booking agreement.
     

d. General

  • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to events@pulsebar.co.uk. Failure to provide written notice, such as cancelling without sending an email, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  • Pulse Bar reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests if suitable alternative dates are not available.
     

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposits (if required) must be paid within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation email to secure the reservation.

  • Final payment, including any applicable minimum spend balance or damage charges, will be due by the end of the event or as invoiced.
     

6. Responsabilities and Conduct
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.

  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to other guests or staff may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
     

7. Liability

Pulse Bar will not be held responsible for personal injury or loss of property sustained by guests during private events, except where resulting from the negligence of the venue.
